Rashid is the inaugural DLC character for *Street Fighter 6* and the Year 1 Character/Ultimate Pass. He became available on July 24, 2023. According to Capcom: ”The Soaring Eagle of the Desert” is a parkour-based fighter who uses his agility to evade and outmaneuver opponents, aided by the wind. A noble by birth, he is a laid-back yet sincere individual who enjoys live video streaming.
