Summary
The Dreamcast version of *Street Fighter Alpha 3* includes all the enhancements from the PlayStation edition but introduces a unique World Tour mode. Guile, Evil Ryu, and Shin Akuma are available right away, though Shin Akuma still shares a spot with his standard version and can be accessed using a specific button sequence. An online component was introduced, letting players showcase their high scores. Additionally, a Saikyo Dojo mode was added, where a character developed in World Tour mode faces off against a powerful opponent that had to be downloaded from the web and was updated weekly.
