Summary

Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX is an almost exact replica of the arcade release, offering short loading periods and preserving every frame and sprite. It includes all the extra characters from the GBA edition, plus Ingrid from Capcom Fighting Evolution. These added fighters now have their own unique in-game narratives and endings. This version's Dramatic Battle mode is the only one that lets players choose both the main and partner characters independently, enabling any possible character combination. It also features the Reverse Dramatic Battle mode from the Saturn version, along with a unique tag-team mode known as Variable Battle.
