Summary
The Sega Saturn version of *Street Fighter Alpha 3* takes full advantage of the console's extra RAM and all the features from the PlayStation edition to deliver more frames and detailed sprites, bringing the experience very close to the arcade original. Like the *Dreamcast* version, characters Guile, Evil Ryu, and Shin Akuma can be selected right away, with Shin Akuma sharing a slot with his standard form and accessible through a specific button combination. While World Tour and Survival modes remain nearly identical to their PlayStation counterparts, the Dramatic Battle mode has been enhanced with the addition of a two-player option and the new Reverse Dramatic Battle mode, where players battle two AI opponents at once.
