Command your forces as either Richard the Lionheart or the Sultan of Syria in two historically rich single-player campaigns, complete with dynamic events like tornadoes and locust plagues. Rise to become the most powerful Lord by managing your desert economy and capturing key oases. To conquer the battlefield, you'll have access to over 25 distinct unit types, each with unique abilities. Boost morale with the Sergeant at Arms, charge into combat with the Sassanid Knight, unleash a deadly volley with Archers, or infiltrate enemy strongholds with the lethal Assassin. Once your tactics are honed, test your skills in skirmish mode or take on up to eight players in online battles. Form teams, select various AI opponents, and craft custom maps for the ultimate skirmish or multiplayer experience!
