Summary
Super Donkey is an unfinished platformer featuring an unnamed, proto-Rayman-style aviator and explorer character that bears a resemblance to the protagonist of Nintendo's earlier title Sky Skipper. Two versions of the game were discovered, but neither includes sound or music, and the in-game timer is non-working in both. Based on the title and some unused graphics, it's speculated that this could have been a project related to the Donkey Kong series. Several aspects of Super Donkey later appeared in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island.
