Summary

Storyline

Stellis, a city born from the collision of civilizations. Modern technology has gifted it with dazzling neon lights, yet also cast deep shadows of uncertainty. Recently, there has been a troubling rise in mental health issues and events that jeopardize the city's stability. Many of Stellis' kind and peaceful citizens have inexplicably turned violent and unpredictable. While these events may have been documented, they are often lost in an overwhelming sea of information. But one person noticed and meticulously gathered them for in-depth study... Known as "X-NOTE," the initiative seeks to cut through the noise and uncover the truth hidden beneath the surface. When the weight of the law is placed in Lady Justice's scales, you will be the one to determine the measure of their guilt.
