Tenchu: Shadow Assassins

Summary

Tenchu 4 will utilize the Wii Remote to perform combat, sprint, leap, and eliminate enemies with authentic ninja flair. Players will carry on the story of Rikimaru and Ayame, top-tier ninjas tasked with using their deadly abilities to maintain order in feudal Japan. Taking control of both the stealthy Rikimaru and the bold, agile Ayame, players will battle through over 10 missions and 50 side quests, immersing themselves in the exciting journey of becoming the ultimate ninja.

Storyline

In the realm of Lord Gohda, peace remains fragile, and whispers of treachery have begun to circulate among the lord and his people. To address this growing unrest, Lord Gohda enlists the Azuma Ninja, Rikimaru and Ayame, to uncover the truth. Rikimaru soon uncovers evidence that a war is being plotted. At the same time, Counselor Sekiya, Lord Gohda's trusted advisor, brings in a fortune-teller to foresee the kingdom's fate. However, the seer is a fraud who abducts Princess Kiku, the lord's daughter.
