Storyline

A train's horn echoes through the silent night. Snow drifts over empty rails. In the city, a woman is about to begin a journey that will alter her fate. In the countryside, a man heads toward his last stop. A young woman is getting ready to embark on a path that will lead her deep into the unknown. But before she can step out of her home, there are still a few things she needs to settle... Alex Davenport awakens aboard the train. Her travel partner, Harold Lang, has vanished without a trace. Don, the train operator, is being evasive about what's really happening. Why are Alex's friends here? Who is the ballerina? Is this all a dream—or is her hope of waking up just another illusion?
