Storyline

Mihama Academy — outwardly, a secluded educational institution designed to support students who struggle to fit into the world beyond its walls; in truth, a garden-prison meant to safeguard those who have strayed too far from their roots. Regardless of the reasons for its founding, Mihama Academy is currently inhabited by five female students, each with their own motivations for being there. Whether by choice or necessity, they've settled into a rhythm that suits their circumstances; life within the academy’s confines flows at a slow, steady pace, offering a strange kind of comfort. But when the first male student, the impossibly enigmatic Kazami Yuuji, arrives, the delicate balance the girls have maintained begins to unravel. Will Yuuji become the catalyst that helps them reclaim their lives, or will the burdens of their pasts prove too heavy to bear? And who exactly is Kazami Yuuji? Though the true nature of the "job" he seems to take on at the most unpredictable moments remains a mystery, one thing is clear — his presence will shake the foundations of Mihama Academy in a significant way. And perhaps, just perhaps, Yuuji himself carries the heaviest secrets of them all.
