Summary

It's a day that will stay with Sgt Mitchell forever. His return to the MET's Organised Crime Squad kicks off with a violent dawn raid on a council estate. Over the next 48 hours, he'll face the doubts of his colleagues, a brutal new surge in crime, and the most influential man in London. At the same time, across the city, amateur boxer Eddie O'Conner is in deep trouble. The botched bank heist has left his crew destroyed, and the only person who can help him now is Sam, a teenage thief who's used to stealing gadgets, not getting caught in gang wars. Eddie knows he's in over his head—his friends are gone, and someone is going to answer for it.
