Storyline

It's time to move in! Choose the ideal apartment for your Sim: a roomy loft, a snug home for a couple, or a multi-bedroom setup for a group of friends. This game expansion lets players create separate families who live in the same building and interact with one another. With The Sims 2: Apartment Life, you can manage multiple households, and up to four families can coexist in a single apartment complex. Sims rent their units from non-playable characters who visit weekly to collect rent and handle maintenance. Housing costs can be reduced by sharing an apartment with roommates. Connect with Sims from exciting new social groups: fashionable socialites, creative bohemians, athletic jocks, tech-savvy gadget lovers, or cool gearheads. Each lot is now classified as lower, middle, or upper class, based on factors like lot size, furniture prices, and surrounding population density. Sims can now cast spells—witch and warlock characters store their magical ingredients in personal inventories.
