Bring your crew together and foster a growing, vibrant community.
The game opens aboard a vessel after the player assembles a team of characters. The team can include between one and six Sims. Once the team is formed, a slideshow begins, displaying mobile phone photos from the journey and the storm that capsizes the ship. The player's main Sim awakens at First Beach on Shipwreck Island. There, the Sim discovers books outlining the tasks necessary for survival and eventual escape from the islands. After exploring Shipwreck Island, the Sim stumbles upon a second island, Airplane Island, which is much larger and more intriguing. A raft is constructed to reach this new land. Upon arrival, the Sim is reunited with some of the missing crew members. If the relationships are strong enough, the player can choose to form a tribe of Sims. During the exploration of Airplane Island, the player locates radio components essential for a later objective. A third island, Volcano Island, becomes accessible once the player finds the second beach on Airplane Island and builds a canoe. On Volcano Island, the player uncovers the remnants of the llama civilization. The player can choose to return to civilization by either building a boat or ascending the volcano's peak to use the radio parts and send an SOS to a nearby ship. Additionally, the player may repair a damaged ceremonial forge on Volcano Island, which triggers the emergence of a fourth island, Crystal Island, from the ocean—though this is optional and not necessary for escape. The game is filled with hidden secrets, including secluded locations like Hidden Lagoon and Secret Pirate's Cove. Access to these areas requires collecting items such as hieroglyphics and pieces of treasure maps, a process that can be quite involved.
