Summary
The PC version of *The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie*, a point-and-click adventure game that has no connection to the 3D platformer released on consoles, follows SpongeBob and Patrick as they venture beyond Bikini Bottom into uncharted territories. Players step into their adventure as they work to stop Plankton’s sinister global takeover plan—Plan Z! After Plankton steals King Neptune’s crown and takes over Bikini Bottom, falsely accusing Mr. Krabs, SpongeBob and Patrick must travel to the distant Shell City to retrieve the crown, return to Bikini Bottom, and rescue the town—and Mr. Krabs—from Plankton’s grasp.
