Summary
Based on MGM's globally famous cartoon, players take control of Jerry the Mouse (in 2-Player Mode, Player 2 controls Jerry's nephew, Tuffy) as they journey through four unique worlds: a movie theater, a junkyard, a toy-filled stage, and the inside of a house. The controls are straightforward: pressing the B Button makes Jerry or Tuffy jump (tapping it again gently after landing triggers their Super Jump), while the A, Y, and X Buttons allow them to launch marbles upward (using Y) and downward (using X or Y) to defeat enemies. To gain extra lives during the game, players have two choices: the rare and often challenging method is to locate a 1-Up icon; the simpler option is to gather 100 small pieces of cheese, known as Cheese Bits, scattered across the levels. Jerry and Tuffy's health is shown as four hearts, which can be restored by collecting larger cheese pieces called Cheese Chunks. At the conclusion of each world, Jerry and Tuffy face off against their nemesis, Tom the Cat.
