Summary

Trials of Mana is a complete high-definition remake of the third game in the Mana series, originally available only in Japan in 1995 under the title Seiken Densetsu 3. The game follows six heroes as they fight against destructive monsters in a world where the power of Mana has diminished. Players can build their own team of three from six distinct characters, each offering a unique path through the story.

Storyline

When darkness consumed the world, the Goddess of Mana wielded the Sword of Mana to defeat the eight Benevodons, monstrous beings of ruin. She imprisoned the terrors within the eight Mana Stones, saving the realm from destruction. Drained from restoring the world, the Goddess transformed into a tree and entered a long, deep slumber. But the forces of evil soon plotted to release the Benevodons and seize control of the world. A brutal war erupted to advance their scheme and shatter the kingdoms. Peace was lost. Mana itself began to vanish, and the Mana Tree started to decay...
