Summary

UFC: Throwdown is inspired by the UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship), the premier mixed martial arts sport. In the game, you step into the role of a real-life fighter, employing a range of combat styles like Freestyle, Wrestling, Kickboxing, Ju Jitsu, and more. Each competitor features a set of authentic moves, organized into different types. These include punches, kicks, grappling techniques, and takedowns. There are also methods to force your opponent to submit or "tap out" to secure a win. You can execute combo moves, and these combinations are grounded in realism—you might land a 1-2-3-4 punch sequence, a punch-punch-kick, or any similar variation. The game features over twenty-five fighters, each modeled after actual UFC athletes. It also includes realistic fighter entrances and genuine voice performances.
