Known as "Super Casino Special" in Japan, Vegas Casino is a multiplayer game supporting up to four players using a multitap, featuring Baccarat, Roulette, Let It Be, Black Jack, Video Poker, Keno, and Slot Machines. The game offers two play modes: Ranking Play or Free Play. In Ranking mode, players set a target amount and compete against others to see who can reach it first. If only one player is participating, the game provides three AI opponents, and it can support up to ten players in total by generating additional computer-controlled rivals. In this mode, Roulette, Video Poker, and Slot Machines are played using a split-screen format. Free mode, on the other hand, does not include computer opponents. The available games are the same as in Ranking mode, but there are some small differences, such as the ability to choose which slot machine to play, and split-screen is not used at all in this mode. Three different slot machines are available, each with varying stakes. Keno is unique in that it isn't listed on the main menu. Instead, during any game except Video Poker, a casino hostess appears in a small window, inviting the player to try Keno. If accepted, the player is shown a Keno card to mark their numbers, after which their current game of Baccarat, Roulette, or another game resumes. A little later, the hostess returns to deliver the results—usually not very favorable.
