Summary

WipEout Pure marks the first portable entry in the long-running Wipeout franchise, brought to the PSP. Gamers join the high-speed FX300 Racing League, piloting sleek hovercrafts through challenging, twisty tracks in a bid to claim victory in various tournaments. A total of ten anti-gravity vehicles are available, with two requiring unlocking, each offering unique stats in speed, agility, and acceleration. These vehicles are grouped into classes that are revealed progressively. As players advance, the vehicles in higher classes become significantly faster, demanding sharper control at high velocities. Similarly, new tournaments can be unlocked as players progress.
