Summary

X-Men: The Official Game, also referred to as X3: The Official Game, is an Activision video game tied to the 2006 movie X-Men: The Last Stand. The game follows the storylines of X2: X-Men United and X-Men: The Last Stand, focusing on the characters Wolverine, Iceman, and Nightcrawler. It also connects the events between the two films, clarifying Nightcrawler's absence in The Last Stand and introducing new antagonists to the X-Men movie universe, such as HYDRA, a group for which FOX did not hold the film rights. The game was available on PlayStation 2 and Xbox, developed by Z-Axis; Nintendo GameCube, handled by Hypnos; Microsoft Windows, ported by Beenox; Game Boy Advance, developed by WayForward Technologies; and Nintendo DS, developed by Amaze Entertainment.
