Summary
In the near future, a team of researchers employed by the influential Asian megacorporation Igem has uncovered a revolutionary new energy source. Rather than sharing their breakthrough with the world, Igem has taken it a step further by creating a weather manipulation device called ONI, which they plan to use to seize global control. To stop them, a team of elite helicopter pilots known as Zero Gunner is formed with the mission to destroy ONI — but Igem will stop at nothing to defend their ambitions. Zero Gunner 2 is a top-down shooter that blends 3D-rendered environments and vehicles with the classic feel of 2D shooter gameplay. As a helicopter pilot, you'll have access to a "target and spin" mechanic, allowing you to rotate your aircraft for better positioning against enemies or to orbit a specific point while continuing to fire. These maneuvers are entirely under your control and mastering them is essential to success. The game features traditional power-ups, intense boss battles, and a variety of helicopters to choose from.
