Summary
Air Rescue is much like Choplifter!. You take on the role of a helicopter pilot whose mission is to save hostages while avoiding destruction from enemy soldiers, jeeps, tanks, other helicopters, and ground-to-air missiles, then safely return them to base. The helicopter can carry up to four hostages at once, meaning multiple trips are often required. You have access to a range of weapons to help you eliminate threats. The game consists of five levels, each set in different locations such as amusement parks, flaming office towers, military installations, submerged submarines, and underground caves. Each level concludes once you've successfully transported the required number of hostages to safety.
