Summary
The 2004 entry in Acclaim's popular baseball franchise brings over 80 new features and enhancements, including a more robust and customizable franchise mode. The most noticeable change is in the user interface. While the same buttons are used for swinging, bunting, stealing, and fielding, the batting cursor has received a visual update. It retains its triangular shape but now has a new border. Bunting has also been tweaked for more distinct gameplay—instead of aiming the cursor, a large on-ground arrow indicates the direction. You simply aim and bunt, hoping for a good result. Fielding has seen minor adjustments too, with the ball cursor now changing colors. Supports up to four players.
