Summary
The first installment in the Black Wolves Saga series from otome game developer Rejet. The second entry, Last Hope, is set in an alternate universe but otherwise aligns with the events of the first game.
Storyline
Fiona, the main character, resided in an isolated tower because of her delicate constitution. The land is in chaos, plagued by a deadly illness called Zodiva, also known as the "Mad Wolf Disease." Mejojo was drawn to Fiona because of her unique background and sought to make her his wife, but her father turned down the proposal. Now, whispers spread through the town claiming Fiona is a witch—Mejojo and Auger exploit this fear to have her arrested, using it as a pretext to "study" her within the castle walls. In the end, Fiona’s half-brother, Nesso, and her loyal butler, Zara, come to her aid and help her flee to safety. The narrative centers on a dark, historical, and politically charged fantasy world where humans, wolves, cats, and other creatures are governed by two cunning feline despots. Having endured numerous hardships in their youth, including multiple assassination attempts, the cat twins mastered the art of survival and seized control—but in doing so, they also descended into madness. Nothing stands in their way when they set their sights on a goal.
