Summary

Blast Wind is a shooter game that was released exclusively in Japan on the Sega Saturn in 1997.

Storyline

A nuclear shockwave nearly wiped out all life on Earth. The last surviving humans were brought together on a vessel called the Ark by a visionary named Noa. Once the radiation cleared, people left the Ark and started rebuilding their world. But this emerging civilization soon faced a threat from the Gorn, a society that represents machines and artificial life. The Gorn had been buried deep within the Earth during the nuclear winter, but they rose again when humanity returned. To defend themselves, humans must use ancient weapons rediscovered by their new society and two powerful warriors known as Kyō and Forn.
