Prepare for a Punch Time Explosion! *Cartoon Network Punch Time Explosion XL* is a fighting game that brings together characters from some of the most legendary shows on Cartoon Network. This is the network’s first-ever all-star brawler! Fans can take on characters from 11 of Cartoon Network’s most popular series, including *The Powerpuff Girls*, *Dexter's Laboratory*, *Chowder*, and more.

Storyline

The Announcer (voiced by George Lowe) decides to call in sick and spends the day watching various Cartoon Network programs. But soon, he notices a mysterious power causing chaos across the shows' worlds, as villains move freely between them and heroes fall under corruption. The Announcer observes as the crisis begins with Ben Tennyson entering Chowder's universe to chase down Vilgax. Ben battles and defeats a corrupted Chowder, breaking the villain's hold, but Vilgax gets away, and Chowder's world is consumed by static. Chowder and Ben are returned to Bellwood, only to be ambushed by a corrupted Buttercup. After freeing her and fending off Ultimate Kevin Levin, Ben's world starts to dissolve. Just in time, Dexter arrives and saves them using a dimension capsule before everything is lost. The team then uses the capsule to jump from one show's world to another, battling the scattered villains, restoring the corrupted heroes, and enlisting them to the fight before each realm is wiped out.
