Summary
Chaos;Head is a Japanese visual novel and serves as the inaugural title in the Science Adventure series.
Storyline
The story centers on Takumi Nishijo, a high school student who stumbles upon the horrifying scene of a brutal murder on his way home without realizing it. As more disturbing killings take place in the vicinity, strange and unsettling occurrences begin to unfold. Takumi grapples with the harsh truth and the hallucinations that plague him, all while trying to evade the killer responsible for the string of murders.
