A "chatty, skirt-chasing, skateboarding" hero is sent back in time to a land resembling Egypt and transformed into wood. This game was never released.
Revealed at E3 1998 in Atlanta, D. Jump was intended to be a 3D third-person action-adventure title for PC. Much like other games of the late 90s, promotional material highlighted "irreverent humor" and over-the-top action featuring fast-paced stages and water skiing. Whether due to an overused premise or the immense pressure of its ambitious goals and feature list, D. Jump may have ultimately fallen short. Alternatively, Ubisoft might have redirected its budget and manpower toward Rayman 2, which was being developed concurrently. No official reason has ever been provided.
