Storyline

Trash, more trash, and even more trash. Life on the dump-world Deponia is far from a stroll in the park. No wonder Rufus had had enough and came up with one outlandish scheme after another to flee this grimy place. During one of his many escape attempts, Rufus crosses paths with Goal. Not only does he instantly fall head over heels for the stunning girl from Elysium, he also accidentally pushes her off her luxurious star cruiser and straight down to the forsaken wasteland. This mishap sparks a brilliant new idea: he must get Goal back to the skybound city of Elysium—and while he's at it, he might as well take on the role of her slimy fiancé, Cletus, who, for some strange reason, looks exactly like Rufus. And so, an exhilarating adventure begins...
