Summary

Storyline

The world of Dragon Quest III mirrors the geography of Earth, with many towns reflecting real-world cultures—such as "Romaly" representing Rome, "Portoga" for Portugal, "Assaram" located near modern-day Iraq, "Jipang" for Japan, and a "New Town" in eastern North America where a revolution unfolds against a tyrannical leader.
