Final Stretch is a Formula One racing game created by Genki. It serves as a spiritual follow-up to their earlier title, Aguri Suzuki F-1 Super Driving, which was rebranded in the United States as Redline: F1 Racer. Like its predecessor, Final Stretch is licensed by FOCA and overseen by Japanese F1 driver Aguri Suzuki. The game features a Mode 7-enabled low-angle perspective with multiple camera views that players can toggle between, and it includes many of the contemporary F1 teams and drivers thanks to the FOCA license. Unlike Redline: F1 Racer, Final Stretch was never made available outside Japan.
