Summary

Godzilla: Kaijuu no Daishingeki is a turn-based strategy game with some arcade-style features. Players can take control of Godzilla or other kaiju, such as Anguirus and Fire Rodan. For those who want to defend humanity, the option to play as the G-Force, a human military unit, is available. The G-Force has weapons like tanks, artillery, and aircraft to combat the monsters. Some kaiju are enemy-only characters, and both sides can face them in battle. The game takes place on a map where players move their units and attack opponents in a traditional war strategy format. Each battle takes place in a separate screen with animations, and the combat is fast-paced and simple, similar to a fighting game. A turn ends when all units have used their action points. Godzilla: Kaijuu no Daishingeki features four maps and one hidden secret level. Although the game was never officially released outside Japan, fan translator TheMajinZenki released an unofficial English version on January 2, 2019, titled Godzilla: Monsters Attack.
