Summary

GOLD OF SKULLS is a new free-to-play, client-based collectible card game featuring NFT integration. It combines heroic turn-based auto-battler gameplay with immersive RPG elements and strategic depth. Players will command teams of legendary heroes in complex PvP and PvE battles within a world where life and death are closely intertwined.

Storyline

The Inbetween is a realm for those who are no longer living, yet not yet gone. Here, a variety of heroes have found sanctuary — from your world and from lands you’ve never heard of. Some were known to your ancestors, while others will be known to your descendants. All once lived in one place or another, but now they dwell in the Inbetween, navigating their surroundings with care. Some seek a path back to the world of the living, while others chase the secrets of their very existence. When a new hero arrives in the Inbetween, their journey begins anew, as if from scratch. No matter who they were, the Inbetween reshapes itself for the new arrival, crafting a familiar and fitting environment — a home, a cave, or even an entire ocean. Thus, amidst the ruins of a graveyard and a river of molten fire, a dark, living castle rises, where a violinist performs his tragic tale in lonely vampiric solitude each night. In the churning depths of the sea, the mighty Ursul, master of ship destruction, extends his rule. Concealed behind the dome of the sky lies the summit of the great mountain Eo, where a fierce draconid hides away, guarding his precious eye. Bound to a powerful relic and enslaved ever since, the Alchemist has built a full laboratory in pursuit of his freedom. And a quiet, aged skeletal butler tends to the cemetery’s estates in silence. There is no death here, in the traditional sense. As new heroes arrive in the Inbetween, relationships begin to form among its denizens. Strong alliances emerge, and through their power, magic, and wit, they rise to dominance in a world where death does not exist — a world where the future remains uncertain.
