Storyline

You might believe that what you're holding is just a pocket watch, one that's running a bit behind because you never remember to wind it? Think again—absolutely wrong! What you're actually clutching is a bustling gremlin town, crammed into this tiny mechanical device: a town complete with its own bank, its own casino… and even a jail! Gremlins are the tiny creatures that infest any machinery they can get into. When a watch breaks down or a telescope misbehaves, it's almost certainly because a group of gremlins has set up shop inside. More than anything else, gremlins crave wealth, political influence, and prestige—especially the kind earned by finishing an impressive engineering feat. While they work on their own grand projects, they also spend a lot of time trying to stop other gremlins from completing even more impressive ones. They accomplish this by bribing officials, deceiving the public, stealing from their rivals—and sometimes, just throwing them in jail.
