Summary

Guilty Gear X2, also referred to as Guilty Gear XX and titled The Midnight Carnival in Japan, is a fighting game created by Arc System Works and published by Sammy Studios. As the third entry in the Guilty Gear series, Guilty Gear X2 expanded the storyline, introduced new characters, and added fresh gameplay features. Following up on Guilty Gear X, it was first revealed in January 2002 and launched in Japanese arcades on May 23, 2002. The game was later adapted for the PlayStation 2 and released in North America and Europe.
