Summary

The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse wait in the darkness ahead. They are Death, Pestilence, Famine, and War. Though they embody the worst of evil, they are not your greatest threat. The last known Serpent Rider, Eidolon, still breathes. As the Necromancer, the Assassin, the Crusader, or the Paladin, you must vanquish the dark generals and their hell-born armies before confronting the Archfiend and trying to stop his insatiable assault. Retreat in peace, and you will surely perish. Witness the Quake Engine's true polygon-based modeling, delivering the most realistic and intricate environments ever seen in 3D gaming. Unlock unique spells, powers, and 32 new weapons. As you gain experience, level up, boost your hit points, and unlock special abilities tailored to your character class, like enhanced speed, firepower, and jump range. Carve a path through four demon-plagued realms—Medieval, Egyptian, Mesoamerican, and Roman. Shatter stained glass, bring down support beams, and reduce trees to dust. Confront terrifying enemies like Knight Archers, Fire Imps, Were-Jaguars, Skull Wizards, and more. Play alongside friends or battle rivals in a brutal Deathmatch. Up to 16 players can join the fray via LAN or online.
