Summary
Shiro Kazami stumbles upon a murder committed by the sinister organization Destron, marking him as their next victim. Upon returning home, he discovers his family slain by the Hasami Jaguar. When the Riders are ambushed and nearly killed by Kame Bazooka, Shiro arrives as Kamen Rider V3. Now, Shiro wields his newfound abilities to defend humanity from Destron.
