Summary

In September 2006, Square Enix revealed Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix, which included additional scenes and gameplay features. Similar to the initial re-release, this edition merged English audio with Japanese text and replaced the "Passion" track with the "Sanctuary" theme. However, the new cutscenes featured Japanese voice acting, as they primarily showcased members of Organization XIII from Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, who hadn't been dubbed in English at the time; these scenes were later given an English dub for the HD 2.5 Remix release.
