Storyline

Each night at the stroke of midnight, a mysterious event known as "The Dark Hour" takes place. During this unseen hour, ordinary people are transformed into coffin-like objects, completely unaware of their surroundings. At the same time, sinister beings known as Shadows emerge, preying on human minds and spreading a zombie-like affliction called Apathy Syndrome. You are a New Transfer Student arriving at Tatsumi Port Island to study at Gekkoukan High School. Shortly after moving into your new dorm, it is discovered that you possess "the potential"—a rare ability to remain human during the Dark Hour and to battle the Shadows using a hidden power known as "Persona." Recruited by the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad (SEES), a covert student organization committed to fighting the Shadows, you must now juggle your school responsibilities, personal relationships, and your newfound role as a demon hunter.
