Summary

Romance of the Three Kingdoms X is the tenth entry in the enduring series and is set immediately after the collapse of the Han Dynasty. It spans almost 147 years of Chinese history. The gameplay remains consistent with earlier versions, featuring an overhead perspective that allows both the player and the computer to maneuver armies, construct cities, collect resources, and engage in combat, all observed from a distance. The game offers two distinct play styles. In Historical mode, characters act exactly as they did in real life, following historical events precisely. Alternatively, players can opt for Fictional mode, where everything is randomized and the player has the freedom to alter history as they wish. There are 650 characters available for play, along with the option to create more than 100 unique officers. Players can also trade generals and check their statistics using online features.
