SimCity 4: Rush Hour

Summary

Rush Hour is the first expansion for SimCity 4. This expansion gives you full control over your city by letting you dive right into the action. You can pilot a speedboat and pursue criminals through your waterways, ride in the engineer's seat of a train to take your Sims on a scenic tour, chase down lawbreakers in a patrol car while navigating traffic, summon the military and command a tank, or delight your citizens by flying a single-engine plane and performing skywriting displays.
