Summary

Super Pang is an action-packed adventure for one or two players that takes them across the globe in a mission to defeat a deceptively cute enemy: colorful bubbles. The core of the game is Tour mode, which leads players through a variety of levels inspired by different countries around the world. Each character is equipped with a special gun that fires a vertical cable. When this cable strikes a bubble, it splits into two smaller ones. Upgrades can allow players to fire two cables at once or attach a cable to the ceiling, where it will remain for a short time, popping any bubbles that come into contact with it. To advance, players must eliminate all bubbles on the screen. The biggest bubbles can split up to four times before they're fully destroyed. Many levels include ladders, obstacles, and breakable blocks that influence the movement of both the player and the bubbles. Some bubbles, shaped like diamonds, move quickly and unpredictably, bouncing in all directions rather than following the usual arc. A variety of power-ups are available, providing abilities like instantly splitting all bubbles to their smallest size, freezing them for a few seconds, or unlocking special weapons. Occasionally, monsters appear on screen, which can hit and reduce the size of bubbles, often being guided by the cable weapon. In addition to Tour mode, the game includes Panic mode, where waves of bubbles are launched at the players. As the game progresses, the number of bubbles needed to reach the next level increases, much like the scoring system in Tetris.
