Summary

Long ago, a prince named Gallagher was given a magical ring that bestowed immense power upon him. However, his lack of strength allowed the ring to take control, corrupting him. The deranged prince was imprisoned within a crystal, but after many years, he escaped, determined to bring chaos to the Dream World and claim it for himself. Yuko, the heroine from the first three Valis games, has transcended her role as a sacred Valis warrior and now exists as a goddess. Lena, a young girl aspiring to become a Valis warrior, takes center stage as the new protagonist. She must earn Yuko’s trust and prove herself capable of wielding the legendary sword of Valis, the only weapon that can stop Gallagher’s dark ambitions. As with its predecessors, this is an action platformer where players can engage enemies with close combat or magic. To use magical abilities, players must collect special items while battling standard foes. Each level culminates in a showdown with a powerful boss. The game includes animated cut scenes in a distinctive anime style to help tell the story.
