Summary

The BIGS is an arcade-style baseball game that emphasizes fast-paced gameplay over realistic detail, as evidenced by the use of power-ups and turbo boosts during play. It features all 30 MLB teams, their stadiums, and complete player rosters. Rather than a standard season mode found in most baseball simulations, The BIGS offers a mode called Rookie Challenge, where players design their own ballplayer and guide him and his team to the World Series. Another unique mode, Home Run Pinball, places a batter in the heart of Times Square, New York, with the goal of launching balls through windows and into neon signs.
