Memoria blends traditional point & click adventure mechanics with elements from The Dark Eye, one of the most renowned RPG settings in the fantasy genre. The game reimagines classic adventure puzzles by incorporating magic and a clever, conversational staff companion. Across eight chapters, players take control of both Sadja and Geron, whose lives intertwine across more than 500 years in an unexpected way. Each chapter boasts rich visuals, grand settings, an exciting fantasy mystery, and distinctive puzzle designs that evolve with every chapter.
After Geron and Nuri vanquished the seer and rescued Andergast, tranquility returns to the modest kingdom. Nuri, now confined to a raven's form, resides with Geron. She tirelessly seeks a way to reclaim her true body, but so far, all her efforts have come to nothing. When the wandering merchant Fahi offers his aid, Geron accepts. In return, all Fahi asks is the answer to a riddle he has seen in his dreams—dreams of a long-forgotten princess. This princess, Sadja, lived 500 years before Nuri and Geron's time and aspired to become the greatest hero the world had ever known, a legend never to be forgotten. When the demonic legions of Borbarad met the forces of the heroic alliance led by Rohal the Wise in the Gorian desert, she had the chance to etch her name into eternity. Yet, today, after so many centuries, no one recalls her name—so something must have gone terribly wrong. Now, it is up to Geron—and the player—to uncover what fate denied this determined young woman…
