Summary

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II is the seventh entry in the core Trails series and continues directly from the story of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel. In this installment, Rean Schwarzer returns to his hometown of Ymir with the help of bracer Toval Randonneur, only to find himself and those he cares about drawn into the escalating conflict of war. Unlike its predecessor, the game no longer follows a school-year structure. Instead, the focus shifts to exploring the world at large rather than attending classes. If players have a completed save file from the previous game, it influences Cold Steel II, with specific events and conversations changing based on decisions and relationships formed in the first game.

Storyline
