Summary
The Main Event is an arcade-style professional wrestling game where players choose two distinct wrestlers to form their tag team and battle against another duo. If the player's team wins, they advance to the next match. If they lose, they're given an instant rematch, as the game continues until the player's energy is depleted. Among its standout features was a large, flashing "Action" button that lit up whenever an attack grapple submission or pin could be executed, along with an energetic announcer who introduced the wrestlers and narrated the action throughout each bout.
