Summary

Twisted Metal 4 is the fourth entry in the Twisted Metal series and the second and final title developed by 989 Studios. The story follows Sweet Tooth, the longtime mascot of the namesake Twisted Metal competition, as he stages a coup against Calypso, the enigmatic host of the event. Taking control, Sweet Tooth assumes the role of bestowing the winner of the competition with one wish—no matter the cost, scale, or how impossible it may seem.
