

While Gex is channel-surfing one day, he learns that Rez has captured Agent Xtra, the TV Terrorist Defense Unit leader and key figure from Gex: Enter the Gecko’s backstory, in a bid to reach Gex himself. Gex instantly teleports to Rez’s batcave-style hideout in the Media Dimension and plunges into another action-packed quest. Each stage of the game satirizes a different facet of TV culture, presented as individual channels. Gex enters each level through a television screen, collecting remote controls to progress and ultimately complete his mission of rescuing Agent Xtra.
