Geoff Crammond's second racing simulation brings back all the circuits and drivers from the 1994 Formula 1 World Championship. The game is played from a cockpit perspective, with external views mainly used for replays or demonstrations. Nearly every visible element features texture mapping and detailed rear-view mirrors. The game offers five difficulty levels and seven driving assists, including automatic braking and a dotted "ideal racing line" for easier levels, along with adjustable race and practice durations. To maximize performance, players must tweak the car's setup, from basic adjustments like brake balance and gear ratios to more advanced settings such as spring rates and ride height. Multiplayer options include taking turns on a single machine or connecting via a link.
